As a home health care agency, we are taking the following actions to protect our patients during the COVID-19 pandemic:

Providing staff with appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) including masks, gowns, gloves, and face shields to ensure their safety and the safety of our patients.
Screening our staff for COVID-19 symptoms regularly, and requesting that they stay home if they exhibit any symptoms or have been exposed to the virus.
Conducting regular COVID-19 testing for both staff and patients to identify and isolate any positive cases.
Providing training to our staff on COVID-19 infection control and prevention measures, including proper hand hygiene, respiratory etiquette, and disinfection practices.
Implementing telehealth services as an alternative to in-person visits where appropriate.
Collaborating with local healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care for our patients, and communicating any relevant health information with other providers involved in the patient's care.
Encouraging patients and their families to practice social distancing, wear masks, and follow recommended guidelines to reduce the risk of transmission.
Providing patients and their families with educational materials and resources on COVID-19 prevention and management.
Regularly monitoring and following guidelines from public health authorities to adapt our practices and ensure the safety of our patients and staff.
